Correct: You must bring your vehicle to a complete stop at the stop line. If there is no stop line, stop before entering the crosswalk. If there is no marked crosswalk, stop before entering the intersection at a point near the intersecting roadway where you have a clear view of approaching traffic.

4-Way Stop

Correct: Traffic from all four directions must stop. The first vehicle to reach the intersection should move forward first. If two vehicles reach the intersection at the same time, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right.

Correct: You must slow down and give vehicles crossing your path the right-of-way. If the way is clear, you may move forward slowly without stopping

Correct: The Move Over sign refers to the Florida Move Over Law. It informs you when approaching stopped emergency or service vehicles with flashing lights, you must move over out of the lane closest to the emergency vehicle or or utility vehicle. If you can't move over then reduce your speed to 20 mph below posted limit.
